Web Design, Web Development, Web Programming

Payments for projects may be allowed in increments as a courtesy to the client.  If that is the case, a non-refundable deposit amount of 50% is due at the time of the contract signing. A late payment fee of $15.00 will be assessed on past due invoices. An additional late fee of $35 per month will be assessed for past due accounts.

All Website design and programing SALES ARE FINAL. Once a payment is made and work is commenced, the payment is non-refundable.

By making a payment in full, or in part, the client agrees to allow and retain a link in the website footer, crediting website development to TaylorMade Web Presence. This link shall remain for the life of the website and graphics as designed by TaylorMade Web Presence, regardless of any cancellation of services.

When cancellation of any web design, web development, or web programming work by either party results in a refund to the client, it will include all fees paid beyond the deposit amount, minus the amount already incurred  in the development of the project by the date of cancellation, based on the amount of $75/hour (even if project was contracted at a lesser rate due to a special offer). The remaining monies left after billing for all hours to date can be refunded to the client by check or PayPal within 90 days, and all work will cease immediately.

Web design cancellation refunds will be processed and delivered within 90 business days of the cancellation date.

TaylorMade Web Presence may accept other types of refund request in some cases, at our discretionin instances where the TaylorMade Web Presence and client are unable to work together in a communicative, Christ-like, and professional manner or if creative differences force an end to all work.

Graphic and Print Design

Design costs paid to TaylorMade Web Presence are non-refundable. All graphics are pre-approved before used and will be charged separately and at the going market rate should the project be cancelled. Printing costs paid are refundable only if printing error is determined to be our fault. We are not liable for damages incurred due to printing errors or problems from our files if full specifications from the client’s printer were not provided or were incorrect/inaccurate, or if client supplied the wrong files to the printer. Source files are always provided at an additional cost.


If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $65 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees paid to the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Please be aware that requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. We encourage you to read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Third-Party Fees

Payments for third party fees (such as hosting, e-mail marketing software, domain name registration, special plug-ins, etc.) are non-refundable and above deposit amount. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due.

TaylorMade Web Presence reserves the right disable and/or terminate a user’s account due to policy violations and such accounts are not eligible for refunds of any type.


Our Satisfaction Guarantee means that if the product is not received as described, and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

You will receive the cost of your order minus shipping and processing fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we’ll pick up everything .
